about the department
The Road Traffic Department is Mainly Responsible for the Enforcement of Traffic Rules and Regulation, Implementation of Road Traffic Safety and Motor Vehicles Taxation Policies.
Other Function of the Department includes:
Vehicle Inspection (special and accident).
Training and re-training of Drivers.
Removal of Highway Obstructions.
Valuation of Vehicles.
Drivers Test.
Capacity Building .
